International Compliance Systems, Inc. is a software development company that specializes in assisting organizations to manage accountability for global compliance (internally and externally). We were incorporated in 1998 and our core team has more than 15 years of experience in helping organizations to better understand and improve their compliance. This is a largely untapped application sector to which we are bringing a new generation of technology. Our Enterprise Compliance Management solution (ECM) is a comprehensive intranet/internet compliance solution that emphasizes accountability throughout every level of a company, educational institution, health care provider, or government organization. We are located in New Bedford Massachusetts, on the Southeast Coast, 40 minutes south of Boston and 30 minutes east of Providence Rhode Island.

Clinical Psychologist/Epidemiologist/Statistician

Supervise and coordinate all aspects of safety data. Assist in standardizing data management procedures such as documentation for departmental operating procedures. Analyze and interpret data from various sources. Compile reports, charts, and tables based on established statistical methods. Pull medical data from various sources/databases. Perform data extractions. Prepare research and data analysis protocols for culture, climate, and perception safety to help with minimizing work-related injuries/illnesses, global health concerns, and environmental damage. Prepare all types of documents, including Congressional information papers, DoD and OSD reports, speeches, briefings, slides, and handouts as required.

Requires a master's degree/Ph.D in area of specialty and 5-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Minimum Education: BS/BA or equivalent experience.

Status: Regular, Full-time

Citizenship: Must be a United States Citizen, or legal US resident.

Clearances: Possess or ability to obtain Government Security Clearance
