•   Better Navigation and an Easier to Use Interface
  • The login process has been simplified and password reset capabilities have been added.
  • The Smart Tab system allows for easy navigation between your organization's assessment questionnaire, compliance and suggestion reports and action planning tools.
  • The 'My SGA2000^TM' button provides tools and information to each user based on their assigned system access.
  • The 'My Assessment' button makes navigating to your organization's compliance information easy and fast.
•   Integrated Assessment Questions, Reports and Action Planning Tools
  • Access reports and action items without entering additional security access codes.
  • Each user's access settings dictate which sections in SGA2000^TM a user can see and modify.
•   Improved User Access Controls
  • The system administrator can create and assign access to an unlimited amount of users.
  • Assigning access is more flexible. Give access to the complete SGA2000^TM assessment and reports; a portion of the system; or just the action planning tools for assigning and completing action items.
  • The system administrator can also modify or deactivate a user's access based on job position and responsibility changes.
•   Enhanced Action Planning Tools
  • Action Items can be created, assigned, and reviewed, but the item is not complete until the person who created the item has approved it.
  • Action completion progress and changes can be reviewed by documenting status information. Build a historical log showing your organization's compliance activities.
  • The individuals responsible for completing the action items can plan daily, weekly, or monthly activities with the help of the 'My Action Items' report. The report shows the individual which items need their immediate attention, the items to be completed during the next week and items they may need to consider now in order to meet the requirements of the action.
  • The individuals who assign action items and have ultimate responsibility for their completion can check status and follow-up with the assistance of the 'Action Items I Assigned' report. The report shows which items need immediate follow-up and the items that are due during the next week.
•   Automated Email Notifications known as Intelligent Messaging
  • Newly created users are emailed when they have been assigned access to the information in SGA2000^TM. Instructions for getting started and their login information are sent automatically.
  • The Administrator is sent a monthly progress report about the completion status of the organization's SGA2000^TM assessment.
  • Intelligent Messaging makes assigning and managing action items even easier with assignment notifications, approval requests, completion notifications, and weekly action planning updates.
